Description

In this course, we will apply the fundamentals of innovation principles and practices to sponsored projects from companies or corporations. You will work in teams to address the sponsors' objectives, using concepts such as six levers of innovation, seven innovation rules, design road mapping, market analysis, business planning, and other appropriate tools. Working closely with the sponsor is required so engaging in an appropriate professional manner is expected. Moreover, understanding how to approach team projects, manage team dynamics, and developing presentation skills will also be a part of the curriculum. The course is a culmination of utilizing your learnings from the ETIM program to address customers' needs.
