Developing as a Leader


Units: 6


This course helps students build their leadership skills via three learning frameworks:  models, practice and reflection.   Students will be able to experiment and receive feedback regarding different leadership  behaviors. Special attention will be given to adjusting leader behavior to different audiences and settings and sustaining leadership development over one's career.

- Apply tools for effective reflection and self-awareness

- Develop and analyze your leadership values and your leadership plan of action

- Synthesize and appropriately incorporate the advice and ideas of others
